Saxon have twenty five years experience of supplying a full page make up package to publishers. Our services include:
- page design
- cover design
- the creation of all artwork including hand drawn cartoons
- and of course page make up
You may therefore send the whole project to Saxon.
We work in all of the major software packages including Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator, QuarkXpress, InDesign and Ventura. When your title is ready for press our finished PDF files can be used for printing and then on the web as a standalone PDF file, or we can turn it into a bookmarked PDF for a navigable file. XML coding can also be created if required.
Major publishing houses appreciate our ability to meet demanding deadlines with clean, accurate work. Our turn around times are one week for a basic b/w title and two to three weeks for a complex colour title containing artwork. Page prices start at £2 for basic b/w books and increase in accordance with complexity and colour. All costs are quoted before the commencement of the job, extras are never charged without client agreement.
